PHiMARA (fim-ah-rah) is a ‘Special Purpose Not For Profit Entity’ created to maintain Plot Road 27, the main access road that leads to every lot in Prospect Hill Estates, Butler Bay Estates, and eight lots within Butler Bay Partners.
